This application is required to transfer land to a Purchaser from an Estate of a Deceased person.
The application comprises of a Booking form – Form LRA 9, Transfer to the personal representative – Form LRA 39 and Transfer to a Purchaser from a Estate – Form LRA 43.

• Land Title Number.
• Grant of Representation.
• Certificate of Confirmation of Grant.
• Name, ID, PIN and address of Administrators or Executors.
• Name, ID, PIN and address of the Purchaser.
PROCEDURE
• Fill in this Application.
• The parties must sign the application before an Advocate.
• Value, Stamp and register the documents at the appropriate Land Registry within 30 days.
