Transfer By Companies and Limited Liability Partnership (Forms LRA 9 and 49)

ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT

This transfer form is used for transfer of property by a Company or a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).

It comprises of a Booking form – Form LRA 9 and Transfer to Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships – Form LRA 49.

REQUIREMENTS

• Land Title Number.
• Name, address and registered office of the Seller.
• Name and address of the Purchaser.
• Consideration price.

PROCEDURE

• Fill in this transfer form.
• The parties must sign the transfer before an Advocate.
• Value, Stamp and register the transfer at the appropriate Land Registry within 30 days.
