ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT
This is an application for official land search.
The same application is also made for certified copies of registered documents from the Registrar e.g for Green card, previous Transfer, Caution, Charge etc.
The application comprises of Forms LRA 84 & LRA 85 (and a letter requesting for certified copies of documents (if any).
REQUIREMENTS
- Land Title Number.
- Full copy of original title document.
- Name, ID, phone number, address and tax PIN of the applicant.
PROCEDURE
- Fill in and sign this Application (in triplicate).
Present the application with a fully copy of the original title document at the appropriate Land Registry.
