Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure Agreement & Non-Circumvention Agreement

ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT
This Confidentiality, Non-disclosure and Non-circumvention Agreement must be signed in all business engagements where confidential, personal or sensitive information may be exposed or exchanged.
All Consultants, Senior Employees, Business Partners, Professional and technical Advisors e.t.c who may have access to databases, formulaes, business ideas, customers, finances or other confidential and sensitive information should sign this agreement before engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
• Name and address of the Receiving party.
PROCEDURE
• Fill in this agreement.
• The agreement should be signed by both parties each in the presence of a witness.
• The agreement should be stamped with Stamp Duty within 30 days (at the nearest Lands Registry).
